Mini Company is designed for younger students (aged 13–16) and focuses on entrepreneurship basics by launching a simple mini-company. Student Company is for students aged 16–20 and provides deeper entrepreneurship experience with mentorship and the opportunity to compete at European competitions. The Startup Program is for the most ambitious young people who want to develop an innovative business model with the potential for real funding.
Yes! Many of our participants go through multiple programs during their education. For example, you can start with Mini Company in middle school and then continue with Student Company in high school. Each program builds on the knowledge and skills from the previous one.
No β€” no prior experience is needed at all. Our programs are designed to guide you step by step, from a complete beginner to someone who understands the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. You will have the support of mentors and teachers throughout the entire program.
Upon completion, you receive a certificate recognized across the entire JA Worldwide network. The most successful teams get the opportunity to represent Montenegro at the European GEN-E competition. Many of our alumni go on to launch their own ventures or leverage their experience for admission to prestigious universities.
